Corrections policy

If something is wrong, the rule and the page change together.

Government information changes and official sources sometimes disagree. Reports are checked against official public evidence, not popularity or copied articles.

1

Report the exact problemName the affected page, disputed statement and strongest official source you can find.

2

Check the evidence trailThe source date, authority, rule version and any conflicting official document are reviewed together.

3

Correct and retestA material change updates the explanation, structured rule and regression examples before release.

01

Urgent reports

Broken official application routes, scam risks, materially wrong amounts, deadlines or eligibility instructions take priority because they can cause immediate harm.

02

Conflicting sources

A conflict is not resolved silently. The page may show the disagreement, use the most defensible current authority, or suspend that part of screening until it can be confirmed.

03

What counts as evidence

Legislation, regulations, government notices, authority guidance, official forms and official service pages. A blog or social post can identify a possible problem but does not settle it.

04

What is retained

The report text, supplied page or source links and optional reply email are kept for up to 365 days. The report form does not deliberately collect an IP address, ID number, application reference or government-account information.

Do not include private documents or account information. A link to the relevant official source is the most useful evidence.
